Assistante ou assistant brigade judiciaire (80% à 100%)

La Police municipale de Lausanne assure la sécurité sur l'ensemble du territoire urbain, en privilégiant la proximité avec la population. Fort de plus de 700 personnes, le Corps de police effectue de nombreuses tâches et se compose de plusieurs divisions. Mission(s) principale(s)

Assure le soutien administratif et organisationnel de la brigade : gestion des documents, courriers, dossiers, statistiques, séances, entretiens de collaboration et archivage

Soutient opérationnellement les inspectrices et les inspecteurs par des activités de saisie informatique sur les outils spécifiques, ainsi qu'un appui aux auditions, enquêtes et à la formation continue

Assure le traitement des données liées aux phénomènes criminelles, notamment par des contrôles et des croisements entre différentes bases de données

Réalise des contrôles préliminaires dans le cadre de certaines enquêtes

Assure l'organisation et l'optimisation du secrétariat, en apportant également un soutien aux secrétaires des autres brigades

Gère et tient à jour l'inventaire du matériel spécifique à la brigade

Profil

CFC d'employé\-e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent

Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste administratif

Formation complémentaire en cours d'emploi Kaseware, WMC et IRC (afin d'obtenir les accréditations nécessaires à la réalisation des missions)

Sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation

Bonne autonomie

Aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle

Utilisation aisée des outils MS Office

Connaissance de l'allemand ou de l'anglais, un atout
