Assistante sociale ou assistant social (100%)

Le Service social Lausanne (SSL) apporte un appui social et financier aux Lausannoises et Lausannois en difficulté. Il se compose de l'Agence d'assurances sociales (AAS) et du Centre social régional (CSR), chargé d'appliquer la loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) et de délivrer le revenu d'insertion (RI) à Lausanne. Plus de 7'000 personnes bénéficient chaque année d'une aide du Service social, qui doit être à la fois diligente et conforme aux normes en vigueur. Un vrai défi, qui ne peut être relevé que par des équipes formées, motivées, rassemblées autour d'une vision exigeante de service public. Pour compléter l'Unité action sociale, nous recherchons une assistante sociale ou un assistant social à 100%.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Offrir un appui social en vue de promouvoir l'autonomie des bénéficiaires (établir un bilan social et un plan d'action personnalisé, accompagner et conseiller les bénéficiaires dans la poursuite des objectifs fixés)

Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans l'exercice de leurs droits, notamment auprès des régimes sociaux

Proposer, en collaboration avec les spécialistes, les mesures utiles à l'atteinte des objectifs

Profil

Bachelor HES d'assistante sociale ou d'assistant social ou titre jugé équivalent

Quelques années d'expérience professionnelle dans un service social

Connaissances du réseau social vaudois et des assurances sociales

Intérêt pour le travail en équipe et l'intervision

Autonomie, facilité d'adaptation et bonnes capacités d'analyse

Maîtrise des outils MS Office
