Assistante sociale ou assistant social \- Unité commune ORP\-CSR (70%)

Le Service social de la Ville de Lausanne (SSL) apporte un appui social et financier aux Lausannoises et Lausannois en difficulté. Il est le Centre social régional (CSR) chargé d'appliquer la Loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) et de délivrer le Revenu d'insertion (RI) à Lausanne, l'une des aides sociales cantonale. L'Unité commune ORP\-CSR réunit au sein d'une même équipe des conseiller\-ère\-s en personnel de l'Office régional de placement et des assistant\-e\-s sociaux/sociales du Centre social régional qui, ensemble, suivent des bénéficiaires de l'aide sociale.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Offrir un appui social en vue de promouvoir l'autonomie des bénéficiaires (établir un bilan social et un plan d'action personnalisé, accompagner et conseiller le/la bénéficiaire dans la poursuite des objectifs fixés)

Conseiller, orienter et accompagner les bénéficiaires de l'unité commune ORP\-CSR afin de leur permettre une (ré)insertion socioprofessionnelle, en collaboration avec les conseillers/conseillères en personnel

Proposer, organiser et mettre en place en collaboration avec les spécialistes internes et externes, les mesures utiles à l'atteinte des objectifs

Profil

Bachelor HES d'assistant\-e social\-e ou titre jugé équivalent

Expérience professionnelle dans un service social et/ou dans le domaine de la réinsertion professionnelle, un atout

Bonnes connaissances du réseau social vaudois et des assurances sociales

Capacité d'adaptation

Intérêt pour le travail en équipe et l'intervision

Maîtrise des outils MS Office
