Ihre Aufgaben / Ihr Arbeitsinhalt

Sie unterstützen unsere Immobilienbewirtschafter in ihrer täglichen Arbeit: Organisation von Reparaturarbeiten, Überwachung des ordentlichen Liegenschaftsunterhalts, Mietvertrags\-Administration, Eigentümer\- und Mieterkorrespondenz und allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben.

Ihr Profil

Wir setzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (oder gleichwertiges) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die Beherrschung des MS\-Office\-Pakets und das Interesse an der Immobilienbewirtschaftung voraus. Sie bringen Ihre Organisations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit, gerne im Arbeitsalltag mit ein und schätzen ein dynamisches Umfeld. Ihr Mitdenken und Ihre selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sind ausdrücklich erwünscht. Gepflegte Umgangsformen und Ihre Freude am Kundenkontakt runden das Profil ab.
