Das erwartet dich

  • Du betreust unseren Empfang sowie die Telefonzentrale und bist die freundliche Stimme und das Gesicht unseres Standorts in Luzern
  • Du unterstützt den Geschäftsführer und unsere Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest als Hauptaufgabe die Debitorenbewirtschaftung von A bis Z und bringst Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse ein
  • Du stehst im regelmässigen Austausch mit den Administrationsteams unserer anderen Standorte in der SCHERLER Gruppe
  • Du unterstützt unsere Projektleitenden bei administrativen Arbeiten wie Honorarofferten, Projektadministration und Archivierung
  • Du arbeitest nach deiner Einarbeitung selbstständig und übernimmst Verantwortung für dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Du übernimmst die Ferienvertretung im Bereich Frontdesk und Marketing

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen Funktion
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
  • Sichere Kommunikation und ein professionelles Auftreten
