Die Universitätsklinik für Allgemeine Innere Medizin gewährleistet die allgemeininternistische Versorgung der Region Bern und ist darüber hinaus eine der grössten medizinischen Weiterbildungs- und Forschungskliniken der Schweiz. Als Assistent:in des Chefarztes und Leiters der Medizinischen Poliklinik (MedPol) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Drehscheibenfunktion und unterstützen ihn in seinen vielfältigen Aufgaben in Klinik, Lehre und Forschung innerhalb der Universitätsklinik für Allgemeine Innere Medizin.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch mit diversen internen und externen Ansprechspartner:innen * Vorbereitung der Sprechstunden, Terminvergabe und Betreuung der Privatpatient:innen * Selbständige Führung der Agenda des Chefarztes und Leiters der Medizinischen Poliklinik * Organisation und Koordination von Sitzungen * Unterstützung des Chefarztes in seinen vielfältigen Aufgaben in Klinik, Lehre und Forschung

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung als medizinische:r Sekretär:in sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung * Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion * Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (mind. B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
