Ein Label, ein Team. Seit 1998 steht Minergie für Komfort, Effizienz und Klimaschutz. Über 1\.4 Millionen Menschen leben, arbeiten oder verbringen ihre Freizeit in Minergie\-Gebäuden. Mehr als 60’000 Ge\-bäude wurden bereits nach Minergie zertifiziert. Kein anderes freiwilliges Label hat die Schweizer Bau\-wirtschaft und die kantonale Gesetzgebung so stark geprägt wie Minergie. Minergie ist als Verein orga\-nisiert, mit über 1500 Mitgliedern und Fachpartnern. Die 35 Mitarbeitenden in Basel, Sion und Zürich sind gleichzeitig auch für den Betrieb des GEAK und des SNBS zuständig.

Wir suchen per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Assistent/in der Geschäftsleitung (60 – 80 %)

Möchten Sie in einem dynamischen Verein selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll arbeiten? Sie mögen es zu organisieren, kommunizieren und planen? Fühlen Sie sich in einem kleinen und engagierten Team wohl und sind zuverlässig und flexibel? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft und Si\-cherstellung eines effizienten Ablaufs der vielfältigen Aufgaben
  • Terminkoordination für die Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung
  • Protokollieren von Vorstands\- und Geschäftsleitungssitzungen sowie Mitgliederversammlun\-gen und Nachverfolgung der Beschlüsse
  • Eigenständige Begleitung kleinerer Projekte wie Organisation von Teamanlässen und Koordi\-nation von Übersetzungen
  • Pflege unserer CRM\-Datenbank (Cobra) und Gebäudedatenbank
  • Support der Infostelle für Anliegen unserer Kundinnen, Kunden und Partner

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich KV mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, Ausbildung als DirektionsassistentIn von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent mit selbstständiger, strukturierter und genauer Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität für die Anwendung von KI\-Tools
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und kundenfreundliche Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch, ösisch von Vorteil
