Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Umfassende Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in administrativen, organisatorischen und koordinativen Themen
  • Proaktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft durch vorausschauendes Handeln, Priorisieren und lösungsorientierte Umsetzung
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen sowie Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Ansprechpartnern (Telefon, Besuche, E\-Mail)
  • Mitarbeit bei Büromaterialbestellungen und Postverarbeitung
  • Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Finanzen, Immobilien, Einkauf und Marketing:
  • Verantwortung für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Debitorenverarbeitung inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Erstellen der Mehrwertsteuersteuerabrechnungen pro Quartal
  • Durchführung von monatlichen Kontenabstimmungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit bei neuen Finanzprojekten (bspw. Digitalisierung)
  • Preisverhandlung und Verantwortung Einkaufswesen für Restaurants
  • Mitarbeit im Immobilienwesen
  • Mitgestaltung in Marketingaktionen
  • Prozessoptimierungen, insbesondere im Bereich Einkauf und Immobilien
  • Entlastung des Leiters Finanzen\& Immobilien bei diversen Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Stellvertretung des Leiters Finanzen \& Immobilien bei dessen Abwesenheit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre oder ähnliches
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Buchhaltung und/oder als Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungs\- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS\-Office) und Infoniqa One 50 (ehemals Sage)
