Als Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA 80-100% leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Betreuung und Unterstützung von Menschen in verschiedenen Pflege- und Sozialeinrichtungen. Dein Engagement und deine Fürsorge verbessern die Lebensqualität von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern in Spitälern, Pflegeheimen oder der Spitex. Unser Personalbüro für Pflege in Dättwil vermittelt Fachkräfte in offene Stellen für Pflege in Dättwil, um eine optimale Patientenbetreuung zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung des Pflegepersonals bei der täglichen Betreuung und Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten

- Mithilfe bei der Körperpflege, beim Ankleiden und bei der Mobilisation

- Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten zu Therapien und Untersuchungen

- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung des Alltags und Förderung sozialer Aktivitäten

- Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards in der Betreuung

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Massnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA

- Erste Erfahrung in der Pflege oder Betreuung von Vorteil

- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
