Per il nostro laboratorio accreditato, specializzato nell'esecuzione di misure ottiche e opto\-meccaniche, siamo alla ricerca di un assistente al responsabile laboratorio accreditato per misure ottiche e opto\-meccaniche da inserire in affiancamento al responsabile di laboratorio, con l'obiettivo di supportarne progressivamente le attività operative e organizzative.

Il ruolo richiede precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare nel rispetto rigoroso delle procedure operative interne e degli standard qualitativi dell’organizzazione. La posizione rappresenta un'opportunità di crescita professionale e prevede il coinvolgimento sia nelle attività di laboratorio sia in quelle a supporto del Sistema Qualità aziendale.

Compiti principali

I Suoi compiti principali comprendono:

  • Affiancamento al Responsabile del Laboratorio nella pianificazione, organizzazione e gestione delle attività quotidiane
  • Gestione tecnica e organizzativa degli incarichi in ingresso e in uscita
  • Esecuzione di misure e prove nell'ambito dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti
  • Verifica, caratterizzazione e qualifica di prodotti esistenti
  • Esecuzione di test e misure su richiesta della produzione a supporto degli ordini di fabbricazione
  • Redazione e verifica della documentazione tecnica e dei rapporti di prova
  • Collaborazione al mantenimento del sistema di accreditamento del laboratorio nel rispetto delle normative applicabili
  • Supporto alle attività di taratura, manutenzione e gestione della strumentazione di misura
  • Collaborazione con il Controllo Qualità nell'analisi tecnica delle non conformità interne e delle segnalazioni provenienti dai clienti
  • Partecipazione all'individuazione delle cause dei difetti (Root Cause Analysis) e alla definizione delle azioni correttive
  • Collaborazione con ricerca \& sviluppo, produzione e qualità per il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti e dei processi

Le sue qualifiche per questa posizione --------------------------------------

  • Formazione tecnica (Ingegneria, Fisica, Meccanica o titolo equivalente)
  • Esperienza in laboratori di misura, collaudo o metrologia rappresenta titolo preferenziale
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di misura ottica e opto\-meccanica
  • Familiarità con sistemi di qualità e laboratori accreditati (preferibilmente ISO/IEC 17025\)
  • Capacità di interpretare disegni tecnici e specifiche di prodotto
  • Attitudine all'analisi dei dati e alla risoluzione dei problemi
  • Precisione, metodo e autonomia operativa
  • Buone capacità organizzative e predisposizione al lavoro in team
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco e dell’inglese, conoscenza dell’italiano auspicabile
