Ufficio della migrazione e del diritto civile | 80-100 % | Coira (a tempo determinato fino al 31.12.2027) ##

Attualmente l'Ufficio della migrazione e del diritto civile conta oltre 230 collaboratori attivi presso più di 20 sedi ed è responsabile per tutti i compiti in ambito di migrazione, in particolare per il rilascio e la revoca di permessi, per il collocamento e l'assistenza, per l'esecuzione di allontanamenti nonché per l'integrazione. Inoltre, l'Ufficio rilascia documenti d'identità a cittadini svizzeri, procede a naturalizzazioni e si occupa della vigilanza sulle autorità di stato civile. La sede principale dell'Ufficio della migrazione e del diritto civile si trova a Coira. Per l'Ufficio della migrazione e del diritto civile cerchiamo per il 1° dicembre 2026 o per data da convenire un/a assistente di amministrazione nel settore entrata.

Mansioni

  • Verifica ed elaborazione delle domande in entrata
  • Rilascio di documenti e permessi attinenti al diritto degli stranieri
  • Comunicazione a voce e per iscritto con richiedenti, datori di lavoro nonché con uffici di Confederazione, Cantone e comuni
  • In parte attività di servizio e consulenza a utenti e visitatori presso la ricezione
