Aufgaben --------

* Sachbearbeitung: + Dokumentenpflege und \-lenkung + Management und Dokumentation von klinikübergreifenden Verbesserungs\- und Korrekturmassnahmen + Organisation von Zufriedenheitsmessungen (Patienten, Zuweisende) sowie internen und externen Audits + Support bei den Risikokontrollen im Rahmen des ERM + Führung und Auswertung von Statistiken * Mitarbeit im Projekt bei der Transformation ins integrierte Managementsystem (IMS) der Suva\-Kliniken an beiden Standorten – z.B.: + Aufbau einer Applikation zur Dokumentation des IMS + Prozessmodellierung und Migration von Dokumenten + Schulung von Mitarbeitenden * Mithilfe bei Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Qualitätskonzepten und Qualitätsverbesserungsmassnahmen mit den Fachbereichen (z.B. zum Qualitätsvertrag nach KVG 58a) * Mithilfe bei Umsetzung und Controlling der internen und externen Qualitätsvorgaben/\-standards (z.B. ANQ, Hplus) * Mitarbeit in Projekten (z.B. \-Management, Recordsmanagement)

Profil ------

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und/oder Gesundheitsberuf
  • Lehrgänge wie Qualitätsmanager/in Gesundheitswesen, Qualitäts\- und Prozessmanager/in o.ä.
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, optimalerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Erfahrung in Projekt\-, \- und Recordsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Vernetztes Denken und Handeln verbunden mit der Fähigkeit mit Personen aus verschiedenen Berufsgruppen / Anspruchsgruppen zusammen zu arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit stufen\- und adressatengerecht sowie dienstleistungsorientiert zu kommunizieren in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office Produkten und Applikationen für integrierte Managementsysteme
  • Zwingend: Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau Muttersprache sowie sehr gute ösischkenntnisse (mind. C1\-C2\) sowie Reisebereitschaft (Sion, Bern)
