Assistenz 100 % (a)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützt du mehrere Führungspersonen auf C\-Level. Du koordinierst Termine, bereitest Informationen auf, behältst offene Aufgaben im Blick und packst im Arbeitsalltag dort an, wo du gebraucht wirst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings, Kundenbesuchen, Reisen und Teamveranstaltungen von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbearbeitung
  • Vorbereitung von Traktanden gemeinsam mit den Führungspersonen sowie Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung von Pendenzen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Pflege von Dokumenten und SharePoint\-Inhalten sowie Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Recherchen
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Offerten sowie Koordination mit internen Stellen wie HR und Facility Management
  • Organisatorische Begleitung von Ein\- und Austritten sowie Unterstützung bei den täglichen Sekretariatsaufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Assistenzen und gegenseitige Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheiten

Dein Profil

Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen und in den letzten zwei bis drei Jahren erste Erfahrung in einer Assistenz\- oder ähnlichen administrativen Funktion gesammelt. Jetzt möchtest du mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und verschiedene Bereiche eines internationalen Unternehmens kennenlernen. Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln arbeitest du sicher und gerne.

Du organisierst deinen Alltag selbstständig, denkst mit und fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist. Wenn mehrere Führungspersonen gleichzeitig Unterstützung brauchen, setzt du Prioritäten und behältst den Überblick. Du bist zuverlässig, diskret und gehst offen auf unterschiedliche Menschen zu. Der direkte Austausch vor Ort in Zug und die Zusammenarbeit im Assistenzteam machen dir Freude.
