Für die direkte Unterstützung unseres CEO suchen wir eine engagierte, souveräne und kommunikationsstarke

Assistenz der Geschäftsführung 80% (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Management\-Support: Unterstützung des CEO bei operativen, administrativen und strategischen Aufgaben sowie professionelle Kalender\-, Termin\- und Reisekoordination
  • Projektleitung \& \-mitarbeit: Eigenständige Steuerung von Projekten in Abstimmung mit dem CEO (z. B. Infrastruktur/Umbauten, Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Vertragsmanagement, Marketing, Lean Management und Firmenevents)
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation: Ansprechperson für den Verwaltungsrat, Kunden und internationale Geschäftspartner (inkl. Protokollführung und Präsentationserstellung)
  • Dokumentation \& Meetings: Vor\- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen, Protokollen und Entscheidungsvorlagen – mehrsprachig in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch
  • Allrounder\-Qualitäten: Unterstützung angrenzender Abteilungen bei Kapazitätsspitzen

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaft, Jura, International Business) oder kaufmännische Grundbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung und vorzugsweise eidg. Fachausweis als Direktionsassistent/\-in
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\-, Italienisch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Exzellentes Organisationstalent, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Tools
  • Hohe Diskretion, ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität, souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchiestufen und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
