Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei verschiedenen Aufgaben und Projekten im Bereich HR mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten und bringst dich auch bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Korrespondenz ein.
  • Du wirkst bei deutsch- und französischsprachigen Dokumenten und Kommunikationsmitteln mit.
  • Du organisierst und koordinierst Termine, Meetings sowie kleinere Projekte.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Messen und Events im In- und Ausland und koordinierst unter anderem Werbematerialien und Gadgets.
  • Bei Bedarf nimmst du selbst an Messen und Veranstaltungen teil.
  • Als vielseitige Hands-on-Persönlichkeit packst du auch bei weiteren Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft unkompliziert mit an.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare gute Grundausbildung.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen, organisatorischen oder koordinativen Funktion sammeln.
  • Erfahrung im HR oder Marketing ist ein Plus, jedoch keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil.
  • Mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln gehst du sicher um.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und zeichnest dich durch eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du bist eine offene, motivierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und aktives Mitdenken runden dein Profil ab.
