Mit über 6'000 Mitgliedern ist die Schweizerische ärzte\-Gesellschaft SSO ein wichtiger Stakeholder im Gesundheitswesen der Schweiz. Seit dem Jahr 1886 steht unsere Standesorganisation im Dienste ihrer Mitglieder und bringt sich ein als wichtige Stimme in den Fragen des Gesundheitswesens und der Standespolitik.

Wir suchen

per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine versierte Assistentin resp. einen Assistenten mit kaufmännischer Berufserfahrung zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und Unterstützung in der Führung des Generalsekretariates des Berufsverbandes. Das Generalsekretariat ist wichtige Drehscheibe und zuverlässiger Kontaktpunkt für Verbandsmitglieder, Verbandskommissionen, Fachgesellschaften, Universitäten, Behörden und weitere Stakeholder im Gesundheitswesen.

Ihre Verantwortung

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die selbstständige Bearbeitung und Koordination verschiedener administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben innerhalb der Geschäftsstelle. Dazu zählen die Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Mitgliederanliegen, die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitgliederdaten sowie die allgemeine Korrespondenz (D,F,I), Auskunftserteilung am Telefon und per E\-Mail. Die Sachbearbeiterin unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Sitzungen, Veranstaltungen und weiteren Verbandsaktivitäten und stellt die dafür erforderlichen administrativen Unterlagen und Informationen bereit.

Ihr Profil

Wir wenden uns an eine engagierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche idealerweise über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich und eventuell in der Protokollführung verfügt. Vernetztes Denken und sehr gute ösisch\- und vorzugsweise auch Italienischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig, behalten auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick und treten gegenüber Mitgliedern, Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen professionell und freundlich auf.
