Your Purpose ###

As an Assistant Hotel Maintenance Engineer, your purpose is to contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel facilities. Your work directly impacts guest comfort and satisfaction.

Your Impact ###

You will directly impact the hotel's operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability. By maintaining equipment and preventing breakdowns, you'll contribute to a seamless guest experience and reduce costly repairs. Your work is essential to the smooth running of the hotel.

Your Journey So Far ###

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice or entry-level maintenance engineer to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced hotel environment. While experience is beneficial, we prioritize a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your Essentials ###

Experience in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (level will vary depending on experience level), ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, valid driver's license (may be required depending on the hotel's location and responsibilities).
