Im Traineeprogramm Project Portfolio Steering erhältst du einen einzigartigen Einblick in das unternehmensweite Gesamtportfoliomanagement. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Projekt Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence und der Vertriebssteuerung und unterstützt den Leiter Project Portfolio Steering / Gesamtportfoliomanagement im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen Fragestellungen. Dabei lernst du, wie datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen entstehen und wie Investitionen anhand von Wirkung, Prioritäten, Ressourcen und Unternehmenszielen gesteuert werden.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Management-, Portfolio- und Steuerungsgremien sowie bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an Themen wie Portfolio Controlling, Portfolio Data Hub, Drumbeat Planning, Wirkungssteuerung und Portfolio-Management mit
  • Du analysierst Daten, entwickelst Reports und Dashboards weiter und unterstützt dabei, aus Daten verständliche Management-Insights abzuleiten
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig konzeptionelle und organisatorische Sonderaufgaben für den Leiter Project Portfolio Steering / Gesamtportfoliomanagement
  • Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, dich entsprechend deiner Interessen vertieft in Themen wie Business Intelligence, Portfolio Analytics, Wirkungsmessung oder strategische Portfoliosteuerung einzubringen

Das bringst du mit

  • Interesse an Projekt Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence, Datenanalyse, Reporting und datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python oder ähnlichen Analyse- und Visualisierungstools von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, konzeptionelle Stärke und Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Neugier auf Strategie-, Portfolio- und Unternehmenssteuerung sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
