Requisiti: - comprovata esperienza professionale come cuoco/a, preferibilmente nella ristorazione o nella produzione alimentare - AFC come cuoco/a costituisce titolo preferenziale, ma non è requisito indispensabile in presenza di adeguata esperienza - esperienza nella preparazione di piatti in quantità elevate e capacità di garantire una produzione standardizzata e costante - esperienza nella produzione di piatti pronti costituisce titolo preferenziale - buona conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza alimentare - buone capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro preciso e metodico - capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire ritmi di lavoro sostenuti - flessibilità e disponibilità negli orari di lavoro - disponibilità all'eventuale possibilità di lavorare il sabato - buona conoscenza della lingua italiana - licenza di condurre cat.B - automunito/a
