Das erfolgreiche Produktions\- und Vertriebsunternehmen im Bereich Blechverarbeitung mit Hauptsitz in Olten und Abholshops in Kriessern(SG) und Bern\-Bethlehem beschäftigt rund 25 Mitarbeitende und gehört landesweit zu den Branchenleadern im Bereich technische Dämmungen für Wärme\-, Kälte\- und Schallschutz. Die bei uns entwickelten und produzierten Blechformteile kommen beispielsweisefür den Oberflächenschutz von Apparate\-, Leitungs\- und Armaturendämmungen zum Einsatz. Bekannt sind wir für die hohe qualitative Ausführung unserer Produkte, eine kompetente Beratung und einen vorzüglichen Service. Dank laufender Weiterentwicklung, beständiger Qualität und hohem fachspezifischem Know\-how ist WSO für Blechverkleidungen aller die richtige Adresse.

Aussendienstmitarbeiter/\-in Isolierbranche (80% – 100 %)

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rollezwischen Kunden, Baustellen und unserem Innendienst. Zu deinenAufgaben gehören:

  • Aktive Betreuung und Ausbau unseres Kundenstammsim Aussendienst
  • Akquisition von Neukunden im Bereich Isoliertechnik
  • Fachkundige Beratung zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Selbstständiges Ausmessen von Baustellen sowie technischeAufnahme vor Ort
  • Erstellung von Offerten und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst und dem Niederlassungsleiter
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Auftragsabwicklung im Innendienst
  • Erstellung des Verkaufsbudgets

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst, idealerweise in der Isolier\- oderBaubranche
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse; Zweisprachigkeitist ein grosser Vorteil. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT\-Tools
