Was du bewegst

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die elektrische und automatisierungstechnische Begleitung von Projekten und trägst aktiv zu deren Erfolg bei.
  • Du führst kleinere Projekte eigenständig durch, setzt diese erfolgreich um und treibst die Optimierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse aktiv voran.
  • Du bildest Lernende zum Automatiker aus und gibst dein Fachwissen weiter.
  • Du identifizierst präventive Massnahmen und bewertest bestehende Strategien, um die Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktionslinien zu maximieren.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Durchführung von Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Produktionsanlagen und führst Wartungen und Kalibrationen an verschiedenen Produktionslinien durch.
  • Du dokumentierst alle durchgeführten Arbeiten gewissenhaft im Instandhaltungssystem (SAP\-PM).

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Im elektrotechnischen Bereich (z. B. Elektriker, Automatiker, Elektromonteur) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung (4 Jahre)
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Im Bereich Instandhaltung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Technisches Know\-how, Verständnis in Elektro\- und Steuerungstechnik sowie Programmierkenntnisse von SPS\-Steuerungen
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und vorausschauendes Denken sowie respektvoller Umgang und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Ausbildung von Lernenden
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Schichtarbeit und entsprechende Mobilität
  • Deutsch (C1\)
  • Englisch (ADVANTAGEOUS)
