Hintergrund:

Der Circle "Pharma Engineering Drug Substance" ist auf der Suche nach einem Automationsingenieur Pharma Engineering mit Schwerpunkt Programmierung (v.a. PCS7) für den Standort Basel.

Der Circle "Pharma Engineering Drug Substance" bietet internen Kunden in den Bereichen Forschung, Entwicklung, Launch und Marktproduktion am Standort Basel professionelle Ingenieurdienstleistungen an.

Die Aktivitäten umfassen die Planung, Realisierung und das Betriebsengineering der Produktionsanlagen.

Darüber hinaus werden die Kunden bei der Ideenfindung und Konzepterstellung von neuen, innovativen Lösungen zur Gestaltung von effizienten Produktionsprozessen unterstützt. Aufträge und Projekte werden ohne Hierarchien in selbstorganisierten Fachteams mit einem neuen Liefermodell abgewickelt. Dies erfordert ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Weitblick und Teamspirit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationseigenschaften.

Als Automationsingenieur Pharma Engineering betreuen Sie bestehende und neue Automationssysteme, welche in die Roche Infrastruktur integriert sind bzw. Werden. Die zu betreuenden Prozessanlagen verfügen über einen sehr hohen Automatisierungsgrad und sind stark untereinander bzw. mit übergeordneten IT Systemen vernetzt.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Betriebsengineering mit dem Ziel, die Aufrechterhaltung der Produktion jederzeit zu gewährleisten
  • kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozessanlagen und Evaluieren, Prüfen und Empfehlen neuer Technologien
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinär zusammengesetzten Teams mit internen und externen Mitarbeitern und Firmen
  • Selbstständige Mitarbeit in Automationsprojekten in allen Projektphasen mit Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Ressourcen und technische Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen durch interne Stellen und Behörden im Bereich GMP und SGU
  • 24/7 Support als Teil eines 24/7-Support-Teams gewährleisten

Must Haves:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium als Techniker / Ingenieur/in im Bereich Automation, Elektrotechnik, technische Informatik oder ähnlichem
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Automationsumfeld, vorzugsweise mit einem pharmazeutischen Hintergrund
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich Automationssoftware von Siemens PCS7, S7, TIA, WinCC
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im GMP- und GAMP- Umfeld
  • Selbstständigkeit, Initiative und Integrität sowie sehr hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft mit hohem Pflichtbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten auch im Umgang mit Stakeholdern und auf allen Ebenen
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliche, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hinterfragen konventioneller Denkmuster und Offenheit für neue, kreative Ideen - auch ausserhalb gewohnter Felder (\<\<out of the box thinking\>\>)
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte aufzuschlüsseln und in angepasster Sprache an Kunden und Stakeholder zu vermitteln
