The posting

La Fondation des Maisons de Retraites du district d’Aigle, comprenant les EMS d’Aigle, Bex et les Diablerets.

Occupant environ 240 collaborateurs, comprenant actuellement 190 lits d’accueil de long et court séjour, 28 places CAT et des prestations de repas servis à domicile, la Fondation prévoit d’augmenter sa capacité d’accueil et de diversifier ses services avec notamment la construction d’un nouvel EMS à Bex dont l’ouverture est prévue en 2028\.

La Résidence des Diablerets est un établissement médico\-social, dont la mission est de type gériatrique et psycho\-gériatrique compatible. D’une capacité d’accueil de 22 lits, elle héberge des résidents âgés en longs et courts séjours et dispose d’un centre d’accueil temporaire. Afin de compléter l’équipe soignante, nous recherchons :

un/e Auxiliaire de santé Croix\-Rouge à 80%

Votre profil:

Titulaire du certificat d’auxiliaire de santé de la Croix\-Rouge obligatoire

Au bénéfice d’une expérience en psychiatrie de l'âge avancée (un atout)

Intérêt pour la personne âgéePersonne dynamique, enthousiaste, rigoureux(se) Vous vous montrez flexible \- horaires de jour, du soir, et deux week\-ends par moisProximité géographique des Diablerets ou souhait de s’y installer

Vos tâches principales :

Accompagner les résidents dans les AVQ (activités de la vie quotidienne : hygiène, alimentation, mobilisation, surveillance, sécurité et confort aux résidents) ;Participer aux animations individuelles et de groupe ;Exécuter des soins de base et de confort ;Collaborer avec les autres services.
