Auxiliaire en comptabilité immobilière à 80\-100% (1er décembre 2026 au 31 juillet 2027\) =============================================================================================

Ce qui vous attend si vous nous rejoignez ?

Vous serez en charge de l’exactitude, la fiabilité et la régularité de notre comptabilité immobilière, dans le respect des normes Swiss GAAP RPC et du contrôle interne. Au cœur de vos activités, vous piloterez le suivi rigoureux des débiteurs (loyers) et des fournisseurs (factures, investissements), tout en effectuant les réconciliations nécessaires ainsi que les bouclements périodiques des comptes.

Vous traiterez l’ensemble des flux financiers de votre secteur. De la gestion des décomptes de chauffage au contrôle des honoraires de régies, vos vérifications régulières sécuriseront la qualité de nos données financières.

Vous préparerez activement les informations nécessaires aux révisions intermédiaires et finales. Lors des phases d'audit, vous apporterez une assistance pour répondre aux exigences internes et externes, tout en collaborant de manière proactive aux projets transversaux et aux travaux administratifs de l'équipe.

Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un CFC d’employé de commerce, en gestion ou comptabilité, de préférence dans le domaine immobilier, vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière, idéalement complétée par des connaissances en gérance, droit du bail, service clientèle ou analyses immobilières. Vous maîtrisez Excel, Word et PowerPoint ainsi que l'environnement Abacus et le logiciel AbaImmo.

Votre orientation client et votre sens des solutions, alliés à votre polyvalence, vous permettent de naviguer avec souplesse d'une tâche à l'autre. Votre ouverture d'esprit garantit une appropriation rapide de nouvelles activités. Grâce à votre esprit critique et votre sens de l'analyse, vous démontrez une forte capacité d'initiative, une grande rigueur et une gestion autonome des priorités. Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue française complète votre profil.
