VOS MISSIONS

En qualité d'auxiliaire polyvalent\-e, votre rôle implique d'avoir des compétences en lien avec :

  • Soins de base et aide\-ménagère : capacité à fournir des soins et une assistance ménagère au domicile des clients.
  • Suivi et relationnel client : aptitude à créer et maintenir des relations respectueuses avec les clients, tout en suivant les objectifs de prise en charge et en transmettant les informations pertinentes.
  • Travail d'équipe : contribution au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe et collaboration avec ses membres.
  • Gestion administrative : responsabilité des tâches administratives liées à la fonction.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge d'auxiliaire de santé ou d'une qualification jugée équivalente.
  • Une première expérience en institution constitue un réel atout.
  • Doté(e) d'autonomie, de polyvalence et d'une grande capacité d'écoute, vous portez un intérêt marqué pour le maintien à domicile et la relation d'aide.
  • Vous avez la capacité de vous adapter facilement à diverses situations, et l'écoute ainsi que la flexibilité font partie de vos atouts.
  • Vous possédez un permis de conduire et, idéalement, un véhicule personnel.
