Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Azure DevOps, insbesondere Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines und YAML-basierten CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Entwicklung und Automatisierung wiederverwendbarer Deployment-Prozesse und Pipeline-Frameworks mittels Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Implementierung und Verwaltung von Repository-Strukturen, Branch Policies, Berechtigungen, Service Connections und Sicherheitsmechanismen
  • Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Build-, Test-, Validierungs- und Deployment-Prozessen für APIs, Adapter und Camunda-Prozessartefakte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Sicherheit durch Quality Gates, automatisierte Tests, Versionierung und Security Scans
  • Implementierung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Lösungen zur Überwachung und Analyse von Deployments und Betriebsprozessen
  • Entwicklung von Rollback-, Redeployment- und Recovery-Mechanismen sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsanleitungen
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams durch standardisierte Templates, automatisierte Workflows und Best Practices für einen zuverlässigen Produktivbetrieb

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer oder Platform Engineer mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Microsoft-Azure-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, YAML und Git sowie Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Architekturen und Automatisierung
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, beispielsweise Terraform, Pulumi oder Bicep, einschliesslich Deployment, State Management und Change Controls
  • Erfahrung mit Repository-Governance, Branch Policies, Service Connections sowie modernen Authentifizierungsverfahren wie OIDC und Workload Identity Federation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Artifact Management, automatisierten Qualitätssicherungsprozessen, Deployment-Strategien und Rollback-Mechanismen
  • Technisches Verständnis von APIs, OpenAPI, BPMN und DMN sowie idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Camunda oder vergleichbaren Workflow-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Observability, technischen Betriebsprozessen und der Erstellung von Runbooks von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
