Ob für einen Moment der Ruhe oder den Austausch bei Kulinarik: Hier darf man sich treiben lassen.Wir haben Platz für Ideen. Biergarten, Kantine fürs Quartier und ein kleiner Kurzurlaub mitten in der Stadt. Eine Sonnenterrasse, ein Nutzgarten und viel Platz für Austausch und Zusammensein. Temporär, grosszügig und offen für alle – Sommer wie Winter, Tag und Nacht.

Dafür suchen wirab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Bar-/ Servicemitarbeiter:in (10-100%).

Deine Aufgaben - Verkauf und Beratung von Getränken, Snacks und Speisen an der Bar - Korrekte Bedienung der Kasse und der EC-Terminals - Zubeitung von Cocktails und anderweitigen Drinks - Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten an der Bar und auf dem ganzen Gelände - Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller Hygienerichtlinien gemäss HACCP, inklusive Führung der entsprechenden Checklisten - Vorbereitung des Mise en Place für den Tages- und Abendbetrieb - Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Veranstaltungen (Auf- und Abbauarbeiten) - Betreuung von Apéros - Befüllung von Bar, Lager und Backoffice - Entgegennahme des Gästefeedbacks - Unterstützung der Runner bei Bedarf

Deine Qualifikationen - Erfahrung im Service und/oder an der Bar von Vorteil - Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort - Offen für weitere Aufgaben - Tadellose Umgangsformen mit den Mitarbeitenden und Gästen - Offene, ehrliche und direkte Kommunikation im Team und gegenüber Vorgesetzten - Aufgeschlossen, teamorientiert und ehrlich - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Blick fürs Detail - Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft - Bereit Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit zu leisten
