Ihre Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen die Leitung einer kleinen, eingespielten Ausführungsabteilung mit rund 5 Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit Bauleitern, Deviseuren, Kostenplanern und externen Fachplanern sorgen Sie dafür, dass Projekte qualitativ hochwertig, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht realisiert werden. Dabei führen Sie nicht nur organisatorisch \- Sie arbeiten aktiv mit, denken voraus und übernehmen Verantwortung.

* Gesamtverantwortung und Qualitätssicherung der Projekte

* Führung und Koordination von Fachplanern, Behörden und Stakeholdern

* Termin\- und Kostenplanung

* Unterstützung in Bauleitung, Submissionen und Werkverträgen

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie sind eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung, gesundem Selbstvertrauen und diplomatischem Geschick. Ein Macher\-Typ mit Empathie, Bodenständigkeit und Freude daran, gemeinsam etwas Starkes aufzubauen. Fachlich überzeugen Sie mit:

* 5–10 Jahren Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Termin\- und Kostenplanung sowie Ausschreibung

* Ausbildung als Hochbauzeichner, Bauleiter, Techniker, Zimmermann, Maurer oder ähnlicher Grundausbildung

* Unternehmerischem Denken und natürlicher Führungskompetenz

* Idealerweise zwischen 30 und 48 Jahren
