Für ein Architekturbüro suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die Koordination und Überwachung von Baustellen übernimmt und dabei eng mit den Projektteams sowie den ausführenden Unternehmen zusammenarbeitet

Bauleiter 100% CDI (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Überwachung von Baustellen von der Vorbereitung bis zur Bauabnahme
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie Analyse und Vergleich von Offerten
  • Planung und Koordination der Einsätze von Unternehmen und verschiedenen Gewerken
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualitätsstandards und geltenden Vorschriften
  • Organisation und Leitung von Bausitzungen sowie Verfassen der Sitzungsprotokolle
  • Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Unternehmen und Projektpartnern
  • Gewährleistung einer effizienten Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Bauleiter/in oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Ausschreibungswesen und in der Bauleitung
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie gute Französischkenntnisse (Niveau B1-B2)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
