bauleiter / baukostenplaner, 80-100% (m/w/d)

aufgaben

  • sie steuern und koordinieren die unternehmer und fachplaner
  • zudem überwachen sie die qualität, die termine und die kosten
  • die kostenplanung, die kostenkontrolle und das benchmarking bereichern ihr aufgabengebiet
  • zudem leiten sie bau- sowie projektsitzungen und sind für ausschreibungen, devisierungen und vergaben zuständig
  • sie beschaffen auch planungs- sowie bauleistungen und sichern die qualität über alle projektphasen hinweg
  • ausserdem begleiten sie abnahmen, mängelmanagement und abschlussarbeiten
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie haben eine bautechnische grundausbildung als zeichner architektur, maurer, zimmermann oder vergleichbar absolviert und verfügen über solide praxis als bauleiter (m/w/d)
  • alternativ bringen sie eine akademische ausbildung im architektur oder bauingenieuwesen mit
  • idealerweise besitzen sie bereits etwas praxiserfahrung in der bauökonomie oder als kostenplaner
  • bezeichnen sie sich auch als kommunikativ, pflichtbewusst und gut organisiert?
