aufgaben

  • sie koordinieren und überwachen spannende bauprojekte, wobei sie diese von der planungsphase bis zum abschluss begleiten
  • es handelt sich um bauvorhaben im wohn- und bürobau sowie im öffentlichen bau
  • gegenüber bauherrschaft und handwerkern treten sie in einer beratenden und führenden rolle auf
  • ebenfalls bereichert die kosten- und terminplanung sowie die devisierung ihr vielseitiges und anspruchsvolles aufgabengebiet
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, 90 oder 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine grundausbildung als maurer, zimmermann, zeichner architektur / hochbauzeichner oder ähnlich (w/m/d)
  • zudem haben sie sich im idealfall als architekt, projektleiter, bauleiter / bautechniker weitergebildet oder sind auf dem weg dazu
  • wichtig sind ebenfalls gute fähigkeiten im lesen und bearbeiten von cad-plänen
  • kenntnisse im bereich von nachhaltigem bauen und bauökonomie werden sehr geschätzt, sind aber keine bedingung
  • beschreiben sie sich als kommunikativ, kooperativ, gut organisiert und lösungsorientiert?
