  • Diese spannende Funktion beinhaltet die selbständige Ausführungsleitung/Bauleitung von Tiefbau- und Gleisumbauarbeiten, inklusive der projektbezogenen Führung von internen und externen Mitarbeitenden bei Baustellen mit Dritten.
  • Du berätst die Projektleitung in frühen Phasen fachlich und wirkst bei der Festlegung des Bauvorganges für die vom Fachingenieur oder Fachingenieurin bearbeiteten Anlageteile mit. Dazu gehört die Erstellung der Ausführung- Bauphasenplanung (AVOR 1).
  • Als Bauleiter:in / Fachbauleiter:in überwachst du laufend die Qualität und Sicherheit der Arbeiten auf der Baustelle und der im Werkvertrag festgehaltenen Leistungen im Fachbereich Fahrbahn hinsichtlich Termine und Kosten im Rahmen der erteilten Kompetenzen und Verantwortung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Protokollierung von Teilabnahmen und übernimmst die Aufgabe der Bauleitung gemäss SIA 103.
  • Ausmasse, Regierapporte und Unternehmerrechnungen werden von dir geprüft, beurteilt und bereinigt, ebenso die Nachträge von beauftragten Unternehmern.

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, vernetztes Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick, Belastbarkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken. Du besitzt ein grosses Sicherheitsbewusstsein und bezeichnest dich als Teamplayer:in mit einer selbstständigen sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bahntechnik- Fahrbahnbereich mit Fokus Ausführung als Baustellenleiter:in, Bauführer:in, Polier:in, oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
  • Du bist flexibel für sporadische Nacht- und Wochenendeinsätze im Rahmen derlaufenden Baustellen.
  • Ein eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis auf Stufe Vorarbeiter:in/Polier:in, Bauleiter:in/Bauführer:in(HFP), Techniker:in (HF) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung werden vorausgesetzt. Ein gültiger Sicherheitsausweis SC oder SL ist von Vorteil.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C2) und Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache sind von Vorteil. Zudem setzen wir gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse voraus.
