Die Baumanagement Thun AG ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen im Bereich \- und Tiefbau mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte. Wir bieten unseren Kunden massgeschneiderte Lösungen und höchste Qualität in der Ausführung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Bauleiter/in (m/w) im Bereich Hochbau.

Als Bauleiter/in Hochbau übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für spannende Bauprojekte und bist für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Verantwortung für die Ausführung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau (z.B. Wohn\- und Bürogebäude, Industriebauten, Hotel und Gastrobau)
  • Koordination und Steuerung der Bauausführung, sowie der beteiligten Gewerke
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Terminen und Kosten
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Ingenieuren, Unternehmer)
  • Überwachung der Baustellenorganisation und des Arbeitsschutzes
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen gegenüber der Projektleitung und dem Kunden

Um diese umfassenden Aufgaben anpacken zu können, bringst Du folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauleiter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter im Hochbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Ausführung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Bau\-Softwaretools (z.B. Bauadministration)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung im Hotelbau von Vorteil
