Wir sind ein innovatives und unabhängiges Bauingenieur- und Planerunternehmen in Familienbesitz mit rund 260 Mitarbeitenden an mehreren Standorten in der Deutschschweiz. Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst Hochbau, Tiefbau, Bahnbau, konstruktiven Ingenieurbau sowie Bauberatung und Planung -- mit Schwerpunkt auf Verkehrsinfrastruktur und nachhaltigen Infrastrukturlösungen.

Für unseren Standort in Zürich suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Bauleiter:in, die oder der Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Verkehrsinfrastruktur / Verkehrswegebau / konstruktiver Ingenieurbau werden möchte.

Dein Verantwortungs- und Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig oder in Teams Projekte im Bereich Verkehrsinfrastruktur, Strassenbau, Kunstbauten und Infrastrukturbau
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung der Bauwerke und des Bauablaufs
  • Du übernimmst die örtliche Bauleitung und stellst Qualität, Termine und Kosten sicher
  • Du koordinierst Projektbeteiligte, Bauherrschaften, Unternehmer und Fachplaner
  • Du wirkst bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben, Nachträgen und der Projektdokumentation mit
  • Du begleitest die Realisierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauingenieur:in FH/ETH, Techniker:in HF oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung im Tiefbau, Verkehrswegebau oder konstruktiven Ingenieurbau
  • Kenntnisse der Abläufe im Infrastrukturbau und der relevanten Normen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an der Realisierung von Infrastrukturprojekten
