Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich hochwertiger Umbau- und Sanierungslösungen, suchen wir eine engagierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Bauleiter Umbau, Renovationen & Innenausbau 100% (m/w/d)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Umbau- und Renovationsprojekten verantwortlich. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherrschaft, Handwerkspartnern und internen Projektverantwortlichen stellst du sicher, dass die Projekte termingerecht, effizient und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Betreuung von Umbau-, Renovations- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Verantwortung für Projekte in den Bereichen Badezimmer, Küchen und Wohnraumgestaltung
  • Erstellen, Koordinieren und Überwachen von Termin- und Bauprogrammen
  • Führung und Koordination der involvierten Handwerksbetriebe
  • Kontrolle von Materiallieferungen sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Verfügbarkeit auf der Baustelle
  • Ansprechpartner/in für private Bauherren während der gesamten Projektabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Projektleitern
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und reibungslosen Bauabläufen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhaupt- oder Baunebengewerbe
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektkoordination, vorzugsweise im Umbau- oder Renovationsbereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden und Handwerkspartnern
  • Hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
