Wir sind Luna Productions BSA SIA mit Standorten in Deitingen und Bern direkt an der Aare. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Projekte aus Wettbewerben und Studienaufträgen. Wir verbinden konstruktive Klarheit mit einem hohen Anspruch an die Baukultur. Nachhaltigkeit und Gemeinschaft sind zentrale Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit. Die Bauleitung wollen wir künftig für unsere Projekte inhouse übernehmen. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine Person, die mit uns die Abteilung Baumanagement aufbaut.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Du leitest unsere kleinen bis mittleren Bauvorhaben: Termine, Kosten, Ausschreibungen und Vergabe, Abnahmen und Mängel
  • Du verbindest Planung und Baustelle und arbeitest eng mit den Projektleitenden zusammen.
  • Du baust das Baumanagement auf: Abläufe, Vorlagen, Werkzeuge, Standards. Wie wir künftig auf der Baustelle arbeiten, bestimmst du mit.

Was du mitbringst

  • Ausbildung als Bauleiter/in, Bauführer/in, Bautechniker/in HF, Architekt/in FH oder gleichwertig
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauleitung im Schweizer Hochbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kostenkontrolle, Werkverträgen, Terminplanung und Bauadministration (bei uns aktuell Deltaprojects)
  • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Unternehmern, Handwerkern und Bauherrschaft
  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, etwas aufzubauen
  • Gutes Deutsch
  • Hohes Verständnis für konstruktive Details, den Umgang mit historischer Bausubstanz sowie moderne, emissionsarme Konstruktionssysteme.
