Die STO Pharmawerbung AG ist eine kreative Kommunikationsagentur mit Sitz in Wil (SG). Mit 25 Expert:innen betreuen wir nationale und internationale Kunden aus dem Gesundheitsmarkt, insbesondere aus der Pharmabranche.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich --------------------------

  • Beratung, die überzeugt: eigenständige, ganzheitliche und proaktive Beratung deiner Kunden, mit Fokus auf langfristige Partnerschaften
  • Projekte, die laufen: selbstständige Leitung und Umsetzung von Marketing\- und Kommunikationsprojekten von A bis Z inkl. Planung, Budgetverantwortung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Konzepte, die wirken: konzeptionelle Mitgestaltung von Kommunikationslösungen mit Blick auf Zielgruppe, Markt und regulatorische Anforderungen
  • Schnittstellen, die verbinden: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation, Strategie und Produktion sowie Koordination zwischen internen Teams und externen Partnern
  • Qualität, die zählt: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung branchenspezifischer Standards, insbesondere der Pharmaregulatorien (Heilmittelgesetz)
  • Know\-how, das trägt: Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Agentur und aktive Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung weniger erfahrener Teammitglieder

Dein Background ---------------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kommunikationsberatung, vorzugsweise im Pharmamarketing oder Healthcare\-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Tools wie ClickUp, Asana oder Jira
  • Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im Pharmamarketing (Heilmittelgesetz)
  • Hohe Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit sowie strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder gleichwertig); gute ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
