Das Kunden Service Center unterstützt aktiv Raiffeisen Schweiz, Raiffeisenbanken und Gruppenunternehmen bei der Erreichung ihrer Service-Ziele mit der Entgegennahme und Beantwortung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Endkundenanfragen. An unserem Standort St. Gallen suchen wir für unsere verstärkte Beratungsaktivitäten per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine rasch lernende, flexible, dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit.   • Telefonische Betreuung von Privatkundinnen und -kunden
  • Bedürfnisorientierte Beratung zu Basisprodukten (Zahlen, Sparen, Vorsorge, einfache Anlagen)
  • Aktive Kundenkontaktaufnahme zur Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen, Direktabschlüssen und Weitervermittlung an höhere Segmente
  • Arbeitstage jeweils von Mo - Fr mit vereinzelten Einsätzen an Samstagen

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • Bankausbildung (EFZ oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden
  • Leidenschaft für Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägtes Vertriebstalent
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
