Dieses renommierte Hilfswerk setzt sich auf Basis der Rotkreuz\\-Grundsätze für bedürftige Menschen im Kanton Aargau ein. Nun sind wir beauftragt, eine motivierte Persönlichkeit zur Neubesetzung als \\Bereichsleiter:in Entlastung \\\& Gesellschaftliche Integration\\ zu finden. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion führen Sie direkt sieben Teamleitende und tragen die inhaltliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Verantwortung für einen Leistungsbereich mit 50 Mitarbeitenden und 250 Freiwilligen. Zu Ihrem Bereich gehören zwei ambulante Tagesstrukturen in Frick und Aarau, der Rotkreuz\\-Entlastungsdienst, das Jugendrotkreuz sowie weitere Angebote der „gesellschaftlichen Integration", welche durch Rotkreuz\\-Freiwillige erbracht werden. Sie stellen ein qualitativ und quantitativ hochstehendes Dienstleistungsangebot sicher und entwickeln dieses entlang der Rotkreuz\\-Standards und einer konsequent kundenorientierten Dienstleistungskultur kontinuierlich weiter. Zudem leiten Sie bereichsspezifische und übergeordnete Projekte im Rahmen der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensziele. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung übernehmen Sie bereichsübergreifende Führungsaufgaben, wirken in nationalen und regionalen Arbeitsgruppen mit und vertreten das Rote Kreuz Kanton Aargau nach innen und aussen. Für diese vielseitige Aufgabe verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen, in der Sozialen Arbeit oder Betreuung auf Stufe HF, FH oder Universität und bringen fundierte Führungserfahrung in Theorie und Praxis sowie solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit. Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, versierte ICT\\-/ERP\\-Kenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen gehören zu Ihrem Leistungsausweis. Sie sind eine umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftritt, die Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele begeistert und auch anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert und entschlossen angeht. Wertschätzung und Interesse im Umgang mit anderen sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Eine gute Vernetzung im Kanton Aargau ist von Vorteil.
