Seit 1926 hat sich das inhabergeführte Familienunternehmen OLWO zu einem zentralen Produktions\-, Handels\- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Schweizer Holzbranche entwickelt. Wir betreiben an drei Standorten, ein Handelsunternehmen für Holz und Holzwerkstoffe mit modernster Logistikinfrastruktur, leistungsstarke Sägewerke und ein Hobelwerk mit Oberflächenbehandlung.

Zur Ergänzung des Verkaufsteams in unserer Ausstellung suchen wir eine interessierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Produkt\-/Einrichtungsberater/in Ausstellung und Verkauf\-Innendienst

Bei dieser vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit beraten Sie unsere Kunden in unserer modernen Ausstellung während den regulären Ausstellungsöffnungszeiten (beinhaltet 1 \- 2 Samstagvormittage pro Monat). Ebenfalls unterstützen Sie unser Verkaufsteam im Innendienst in den Bereichen Bodenbeläge und Terrassen.

Was Sie bewirken können

  • Beratung und Betreuung einer vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Kundschaft in unserer Ausstellung wie auch telefonisch
  • Sicherstellen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch kompetentes Beraten und erfolgreiches Verkaufen
  • Ganzheitliches Verkaufsabwicklung vom selbständigen Erstellen von Verkaufsangeboten und deren Nachfassung bis hin zur Auftragserfassung in unserem ERP MS Dynamcis BC
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Pflegen und aktualisieren unserer Produktmuster und Sortimentsunterlagen

Wie Sie uns begeistern

  • Mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufslehre als Bodenleger/in, /in oder /Zimmerin, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich im Handel oder im Verkauf
  • Mit Fachkompetenz und verkäuferischem Flair
  • Mit einem sicheren, sympatischen und gepflegten Auftreten
  • Mit der Bereitschaft, in Ihre persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung zu investieren
  • Mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache
