Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines qualifizierten Teams im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Gestaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts\- und Verbesserungsprozessen entlang internationaler Standards und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Produkt\-, Prozess\- und Systemqualität über den gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozess.
  • Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung von Ressourcen sowie Überwachung der Zielerreichung innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und weiteren Fachbereichen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen.
  • Förderung von Operational Excellence sowie Umsetzung von \- und Qualitätsinitiativen.
  • Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung wirksamer Verbesserungsmassnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Produktivität.
  • Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Workshops und Audits.
  • Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätskultur innerhalb der Organisation.
  • Verantwortung für Budget\- und Kostenstellenmanagement im eigenen Bereich.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder Universität.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens.
  • Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion oder nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer Projekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Qualitätsmethoden, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, ERP\-Lösungen sowie Mess\- und Prüftechnik.
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
