Responsable de secteur Intégration & Gestion des cas (80 - 100 %) #

Vos tâches

  • Direction du secteur Intégration & Gestion des cas avec environ 50 collaborateurs et stagiaires sur les plans personnel, organisationnel, professionnel et financier ;
  • Participation active au développement du domaine de l-asile et des réfugiés dans le canton de Zoug, notamment sur les questions spécialisées, les processus et la gestion des connaissances ;
  • Direction orientée service et économiquement fondée du secteur dans le cadre des prescriptions légales ;
  • Responsabilité de l-aide personnelle (conseil social) et mise en œuvre conforme à la loi de l-aide sociale économique en collaboration avec les chefs d-équipe et les spécialistes ;
  • Promotion de l-intégration professionnelle des personnes réfugiées et développement d-approches innovantes pour la mise en œuvre de concepts efficaces ;
  • Planification, pilotage et contrôle du bon déroulement des affaires ainsi que garantie de la qualité ;
  • Mise en œuvre et participation active à la conception du Programme cantonal d-intégration (PCI) dans le domaine de l-asile et des réfugiés ;
  • Responsabilité de la promotion de l-intégration sociale incluant la coordination des bénévoles ;
  • Entretien d-un échange partenarial et collaboration au sein de l-office et avec des partenaires externes, tant dans le canton de Zoug qu-au niveau national.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme universitaire en travail social, sciences sociales, droit ou qualification comparable ;
  • Expérience solide en gestion à plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques ;
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine de l-asile et des réfugiés ;
  • Connaissance de l-aide sociale légale (directives SKOS) ;
  • Connaissances en langues étrangères un atout ;
  • Expérience dans l-administration publique, compétences en gestion de projets et connaissances dans la promotion et la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes ;
  • Fortes capacités de planification et d-organisation ainsi qu-expérience en collaboration interdisciplinaire et en réseautage.
