Im Kanton Thurgau sollen sich alle Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner sicher fühlen. Dafür sorgen die rund 600 Mitarbeitenden der **Kantonspolizei Thurgau** rund um die Uhr mit einer modernen Organisation und in engem Kontakt mit der Bevölkerung.

Als künftige Bereichsleiterin oder künftiger Bereichseiter Ausrüstung und Betrieb beschaffen Sie, was die Polizistinnen und Polizisten täglich schützt und unterstützt.

Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**

* Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs und seiner Mitarbeitenden; Verantwortung für deren Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung * Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Material, Ausrüstung und Waffen sowie Sicherstellung der Beschaffungs-, Logistik- und Versorgungsprozesse * Leitung von und Mitarbeit in Beschaffungsprojekten sowie Durchführung von Submissionen innerhalb der Einsatzabteilung; Erstellung von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen * Steuerung der Instandhaltung von Ausbildungsinfrastrukturen und Einsatzmaterialien sowie Betreuung und Überwachung des Produktlebenszyklusmanagements * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbeziehungen * Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen Budgets sowie Sicherstellung des Rechnungs- und Abrechnungswesens und des finanziellen Controllings innerhalb der Einsatzabteilung * Leitung von und Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen * Vertretung der Kantonspolizei Thurgau in regionalen und nationalen Fachgremien * Sicherstellung der logistischen Unterstützung bei geplanten und ungeplanten Einsätzen

**Ihr Profil**

* Fundierte Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Personalführung * Abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung, Logistik und Betrieb * Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse; eine entsprechende Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Projektmanagement * Affinität zu IT und Digitalisierung
