 Die Stiftung dreischiibe ist ein innovatives, gemeinnützig soziales Unternehmen. In unserem vielseitigen Dienstleistungs- und Gewerbezentrum in Herisau, St. Gallen und Flawil schaffen wir für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung berufliche und persönliche Perspektiven an 220 Arbeits-, Ausbildungs- und Integrationsplätzen. Im Tageszentrum und im Begegnungszentrum fördern wir soziale Integration mit über 63 Besucherplätzen.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du führst den Bereich personell, agogisch, organisatorisch und wirtschaftlich.
  • Das Fachteam führst du zielorientiert und sorgst für klare Aufgaben, Zuständigkeiten und eine verlässliche Zusammenarbeit.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du das Begegnungszentrum und seine Angebote weiter.
  • Du stellst ein vielseitiges und bedarfsgerechtes Wochenprogramm sicher.
  • Das Bereichsbudget, die Belegung, die Qualitätssicherung und die internen Abläufe liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Du pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Fachstellen, Zuweisenden und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern.
  • Im Gremium der Bereichsleitenden bringst du dich ein und gestaltest die Gesamtentwicklung der dreischiibe mit. 

Dein Profil ###

  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder Arbeitsagogik
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im sozialen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Konzept-, Projekt- und Entwicklungsarbeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Verständnis für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Wertschätzender und professioneller Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Klarheit, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Humor, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen konstruktiv zu gestalten
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Redline
  • Eine vielseitige Führungsfunktion mit hoher Gestaltungsmöglichkeit
  • Sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit gesellschaftlicher Wirkung
  • Motiviertes Fachteam und wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur
  • Moderne Führungs- und Arbeitsstrukturen
