Bereichsleitung Finanzen 80 \- 100% ===================================

Stationär betreuen wir bis zu 90 Patientinnen und Patienten in den Bereichen Onkologie, Innere Medizin und Psychiatrie/Psychosomatik. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch eine onkologische Tagesklinik und weitere ambulante Angebote wie die hausärztliche Medizin und neun fachärztliche Ambulanzen. Rund um die sind wir für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten da, sei es in unserem 24h\-Notfall, durch die akutmedizinische Versorgung zuhause (Hospital at Home) oder im direkten persönlichen Kontakt.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Bereichsleitung Finanzen 80 \- 100%

In dieser Schlüsselfunktion agieren Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführungsebene und den Bereichsverantwortlichen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbereitung und Konsolidierung der Abschlüsse (OR und SGF) und Forecasts
  • Vorbereitung des monatlichen Reportings für den VR und die Klinikleitung
  • Erstellen der Kostenrechnung nach REKOLE
  • Monatliche Ergebnisdurchsprachen mit den Kostenstellen\-Verantwortlichen und Aufzeigen von Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zwecks Effizienzsteigerungen, Kostenreduktionen etc.
  • Betriebswirtschaftlicher Sparringpartner für die Leitungen der einzelnen Unternehmenseinheiten und Bereiche
  • Key User für das ERP Modul Finanzen und Patientenadministration
  • Verantwortung für die Teams Buchhaltung, Patientenadministration und Controlling
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus FM, HR und ICT sowie dem für die Finanzen verantwortlichen Klinikleitungsmitglied

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes BWL Studium, Fachhochschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen CH (REKOLE) von Vorteil
  • Affinität für ERP Systeme und Digitalisierungsprojekte
