Die Sonnenhof Arlesheim AG gehört mit rund 520 Mitarbeitenden zu den führenden Sozialunternehmen in den Bereichen Sonderschulung, Wohnen und Tagesgestaltung mit Standorten in Arlesheim und Basel. Rund 300 Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Unterstützungsbedarf finden hier einen Ort der Förderung, Begleitung und Teilhabe. Wir sind beauftragt, per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit als

anzusprechen. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die operative und finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich «Wohnen \& Tagesgestaltung» des Erwachsenenbereichs mit 200 Mitarbeitenden und gewährleisten dessen werteorientierte Führung. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Leitungsteam entwickeln Sie den Bereich strategisch weiter, stellen ein attraktives und klientenzentriertes Angebot sicher und steuern Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Ressourcen. Sie implementieren systematische Leistungskennzahlen und optimieren Prozesse mit Blick auf Wirksamkeit und Effizienz. Gleichzeitig pflegen Sie ein tragfähiges Netzwerk zu Verbänden und zuweisenden Stellen und fördern innovative Wohn\- und Tagesstrukturen, die individuelle Entwicklung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe im Einklang mit der UN\-BRK ermöglichen. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Geschäftsleitungskollegen und \- Kolleginnen die Weiterentwicklung des Sonnenhofs mit und tragen Mitverantwortung für dessen operative und finanzielle Führung. Sie prägen eine kooperative und eigenverantwortliche Führungskultur, vertreten den Sonnenhof professionell nach aussen und stärken seine Position als fachlich und wirtschaftlich zuverlässiger Partner sowie attraktiver Arbeitgeber.

Sie verfügen über eine tertiäre Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit, Pflege oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet sowie eine Weiterbildung im Management im Sozialbereich. Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Sozial\- oder Gesundheitsbereich, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Projektarbeit, Organisationsentwicklung und Veränderungsprozessen mit. Sie sind eine wertschätzende und sozial kompetente Führungspersönlichkeit, die strategisch denkt, interdisziplinär arbeitet und unterschiedliche Professionen zu verbinden versteht. Interesse an der Anthroposophie oder die Bereitschaft, sich in diese Arbeitsweise einzuarbeiten, setzen wir voraus. Sie führen mit Offenheit und Klarheit, befähigen Ihre Führungsbeauftragten zu eigenverantwortlichem Handeln und gehen mit konstruktiver Kritik und Selbstreflexion als Vorbild voran.
