Die Sozialen Dienste See sind eine moderne soziale Dienstleistungsorganisation mit Standort in Murten. Unsere Mitarbeitenden erbringen in den Bereichen der Berufsbeistandschaft (Erwachsenenschutz) und der Sozialhilfe vielfältige Leistungen für zehn Gemeinden des Seebezirks.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Berufsbeiständin 40 % (m/w)

Das bewirken Sie bei uns

  • Professionelle Führung von Mandaten im Erwachsenenschutz in deutscher Sprache im Auftrag des Friedensgerichts (KESB)
  • Beratung, Begleitung und Vertretung von schutz\- und hilfsbedürftigen Personen in persönlichen, rechtlichen, administrativen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten
  • Einkommens\- und Vermögensverwaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Personen, den Angehörigen und nahestehenden Personen, externen Stellen, Institutionen und Behörden
  • Intervention in Konflikt\- und Krisensituationen
  • Mitarbeit in inhaltlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen

So begeistern Sie uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit (FH) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der gesetzlichen Sozialarbeit, vorzugsweise in der Führung von Erwachsenenschutzmandaten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in sozialversicherungs\- und allgemeinrechtlichen Fragen
  • Gute Verwaltungskenntnisse und Finanzkompetenzen inkl. Vermögensverwaltung
  • Sicherheit in administrativen Belangen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
