Als Berufsbildner:in FaGe des USZ trägst du aktiv zur Zukunft unserer Pflegeberufe bei. Du vereinst Fachwissen mit pädagogischem Gespür und schaffst ein inspirierendes Lernumfeld \- mitten im anspruchsvollen klinischen Alltag.

Für unsere spezialisierte Bettenstation in der Viszeral\- und Transplantationschirurgie (Süd C) suchen wir engagierte Berufsbildner:innen FaGe.

Diese interdisziplinäre Vielfalt bietet dir eine anspruchsvolle, abwechslungsreiche Bildungslandschaft mit viel Entwicklungspotenzial \- für dich und deine Auszubildenden. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein.

Das erwartet dich bei uns -------------------------

  • Als Mitglied des Stammpersonals arbeitest du auf einer Abteilung im Medizinbereich 1B und begleitest FaGe\-Lernende individuell und fachlich fundiert durch ihre Praxiseinsätze
  • Du planst, begleitest und reflektierst Lernprozesse auf Augenhöhe
  • Praxisnahe Ausbildungssituationen gestaltest du nach dem Cognitive Apprenticeship\-Modell (CAS)
  • Gemeinsam mit den Bildungsverantwortlichen entwickelst du eine Lern\- und Arbeitsgemeinschaft (LAG) \- praxisnah, wirksam und zukunftsgerichtet
  • Du führst Standortbestimmungen durch und dokumentierst den Lernfortschritt
  • Eine offene Lernatmosphäre förderst du aktiv und arbeitest eng mit dem interprofessionellen Team zusammen

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit Berufserfahrung im Akutspital, idealerweise im chirurgischen Bereich
  • Pädagogische Weiterbildung (SVEB\-Zertifikat oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren)
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Entwicklung junger Menschen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Ausbildungsqualität
