Betriebsassistent/in (m/w/d)

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Füührungs\- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, ein fundiertes Fachwissen, Ausbildung in der Gastronomie (Systemgastro) und Spaß daran
  • Echten Teamgeist
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen und begeisterungsfähig.
  • Du kannst andere motivieren,bist gut mit Menschen hast ein ein Flair für die betrieblichen Kennzahlen
  • Du kennst dich mit adminisatrativen Aufgaben aus
  • Einsatzfreude: Du packst gern mit an – bist ein\e Macher\in.
  • Serviceorientierung und Flexibilität
  • Ein gültiger Führerschein und ein eigenes Fahrzeug sind notwendig

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für das \-und damit für die Organisation des geamten Betriebsablaufs am HANS*IM GLÜCK* Standort
  • Administrative Aufgaben, die Durchführung der Tages\- und Monatsabrechnungen sowie Bankeinzahlungen gehören natürlich dazu.
  • Außerdem stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Systemstandards, Hygienevorschriften und das Arbeitsschutzgesetz jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Bei Fragen von Gästen und Mitarbeiter\innen bist Du *erste Ansprechpartner\in.*
