Einleitung

Unser Auftraggeber ist ein führendes Industrieunternehmen mit internationalem Rückhalt. Für den Bereich Maintenance suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine n aufgestellte n und versierte\*n Betriebselektriker/in / Automatiker/in (100%) , der/die unsere Produktion zuverlässig am Laufen hält.

Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur elektrischer Systeme und Anlagen zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Anlagenleistung
  • Pikettdienst 7x24 (im Turnus) für kurzfristige Störungsbehebungen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Installation/Montage von Steuerungen, Maschinen und Anlagen; Inbetriebnahme neuer Geräte und Systeme
  • Diagnosen, Fehlersuche und -behebung an elektrischen/elektronischen Komponenten inkl. Sensorik, Aktorik, Antrieben
  • Dokumentation der Arbeiten, Pflege von Wartungsplänen und Anlagendokumentation.
  • TPM-Servicearbeiten und aktive Mitarbeit in Verbesserungs- und Anlagenprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität und weiteren Schnittstellen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Weiterbildung/Trainings zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner technischen Skills

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ oder Automatiker/in EFZ ; weiterführende Fachprüfungen (z.-B. Dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte/in HFPEL , fachkundige Person gemäss NIV Art. 13 ) sind ein Plus
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik , Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik (insb. Siemens ), Mess- und Regeltechnik
  • Erfahrung mit Antrieben und Motoren ; SPS auslesen und programmieren von Vorteil.
  • Nachweisbare Störungssuche und -behebung an Industrieanlagen
  • Selbstständige , initiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; teamorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gut im MS Office
  • Deutsch sehr gut , Englisch gut
